"Haery Small and Medium Aviation Engine R&D Center" was approved as a key R&D innovation platform in Wuhu City

Recently, the list of Wuhu key R&D innovation platforms (public R&D platforms, enterprise R&D platforms) plans to be established in 2024 was announced. Anhui Haery Aviation Power Equipment Co., Ltd.'s "Haery Small and Medium Aviation Engine R&D Center" was successfully listed and was approved as a public R&D platform.

Wuhu City’s key R&D innovation platform refers to a new innovation carrier that supports and leads the city’s strategic emerging industries in a high-quality development and future industry pilot demonstration. The public R&D platform is led by leading (backbone) enterprises of the city’s top ten emerging industries and future industries, and has the ability to serve the upstream and downstream innovation needs of the industrial chain and be open to the public.
This time, Wuhu City has established a total of 50 key R&D innovation platforms in cities, divided into public R&D platforms (15) and enterprise R&D platforms (35). The public R&D platform is led by leading (backbone) enterprises in the city's top ten emerging industries and future industries, and has the ability to serve the upstream and downstream innovation needs of the industrial chain and be open to the public.
The "Haery Small and Medium Aviation Engine R&D Center" mainly carries out the research and development and production of small and medium-sized aviation engines. It takes the heavy oil power urgently needed by current market customers as the entry point, adheres to the route of independent and positive R&D, fills the gap in domestic small and medium-sized aviation power, and solves the problem of boredom. The center has joined hands with upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain to build a public service platform integrating R&D, production, and testing, and provides industrial chain enterprises with technical services, precision processing, precision measurement, test verification, professional technical training, talent training and other public services.

R&D capabilities:
◎The company has been focusing on and deeply engaged in the field of small and medium-sized aviation engines for a long time, and is committed to building a global advanced power supplier development positioning;
◎The company has a relatively qualified aviation engine research and development and manufacturing team, covering product development, process development, test verification, production and manufacturing and quality assurance. The core members all have more than 20 years of development experience in the engine manufacturing field;
◎Form multiple platform series products:
5-40 kW small horsepower platformIt adopts heavy oil pressure ignition, direct in-cylinder injection technology, and fully authorized electronic control technology to provide a paddle-hair integrated assembly. Compared with the existing international small horsepower power products, it has the characteristics of high thrust and low fuel consumption as low as 49% of competitor fuel consumption, supporting the ultra-long-term reconnaissance application of drones;
100-600 kW medium and large horsepower platformIt adopts heavy oil pressure ignition, direct injection technology in the cylinder, full-authority electronic control technology, pressure ratio boosting technology, and liquid cooling of the whole machine. It provides a paddle-hair integrated assembly, with the characteristics of better empty performance, more power-to-weight ratio, and more battery life, and supports the application of reconnaissance and punching integrated drone;
Power platform with power density and speedIt has the characteristics of no attenuation/decrease in power, power-to-weight ratio/power volume, and rotation speed. It can provide a diesel-electric integrated assembly package. Compared with international competitors, it has the characteristics of power-to-weight comparison, supporting the application of dense power systems of the new generation of special equipment.

Typical Applications:
◎ "Skylark" Aviation Power: China's first heavy oil-type carrier-based unmanned helicopter power;
◎“Meng Diao” Aviation Power: China’s first 300kW Class Second-level Supercharged Heavy Oil Power, with an altitude of 12,000 meters;
◎ Fast and reliable heavy oil combustion system, specially developed for drones;
◎ The power density is relatively high, and the industry level is first carried out.

Manufacturing capability:

◎Using flexible processing islands, it can process more than 20 different parts at the same time, and automatically extract and real-time monitoring of processing process data.
◎Using flexible assembly islands, the entire production process data can be traced quickly.
◎Key core components are made of robots to achieve precise and controlled molding.
◎Use the PLM system to realize integrated development of design, testing and process, shorten the cycle and reduce changes after production.

◎ Improve system quality through three-dimensional simulation technology optimization process design, equipped with advanced European processing equipment, and take into account the manufacturing of relatively accurate and complex components of turbines

◎Empty test chamber (can simulate 0~14000m altitude)

Inspection capability/quality system construction:

◎ Establish a GJB9001C quality management system. Monitor the production process, collect production data and summarize quality files to achieve rapid data traceability.
◎Quality informatization is mainly constructed by the Q-DAS system, and is integrated with PLM, MES, ERP, and CRM systems to connect the entire quality management process.
◎The process is controllable and traceable.
