Haery Power and DB416 attended the founding meeting of the Low-altitude Economic Innovation and Development Alliance

On January 23, Haery Power and DB416 Skylark Heavy Oil Piston Aviation Engine attended the founding meeting of the Low-altitude Economic Innovation and Development Alliance and the Unmanned Helicopter System Industry Development Seminar.


This conference is the first domestic low-altitude economic event in 2024. The conference arranged exciting links such as the establishment of the Low-altitude Economic Innovation and Development Alliance, keynote speeches, keynote speeches, exchanges and discussions, release of excellent application scenarios, unmanned helicopter platforms and upstream and downstream product application tours.

At the meeting, Haery Power demonstrated the DB416 Skylark heavy oil piston aircraft engine.DB416 adopts the opposite four-cylinder four-stroke structure, fast and trustworthy heavy oil pressure ignition system, relatively pressure common rail, relatively pressure ratio boosting system, lightweight design, and full permission digital control.It has solved the problems of "low ceiling", "short battery life", "low load capacity", "limited application environment", and "blank heavy oil engines" in domestic drones, and has reached the international advanced level in key indicators.

The main functions and technical indicators of DB416 Skylark type are:

1.More high limit(5000m power does not attenuate, 10000m extreme altitude);
2.More battery life(The heavy oil engine has relatively high thermal efficiency, low fuel consumption, and a cruising fuel consumption point of 220g/kWh, which is 30% lower than the existing power fuel consumption and a battery life of up to 40h.);
3.Wide-area application environment(Full permission electronic control, liquid cooling of the entire machine, no environmental restrictions);
4.Power-to-weight ratio(up to 1.0kW/kg, compared with the industry heavy oil engines 0.7-0.8kW/kg);
5.Heavy oil products(Normalization of military oil products, breaking the ban on heavy oil sales, and achieving independent control);

6.Break the "bottleneck"Self-owned property rights, independent control, domestic production;


The successful research and development of the DB416 Skylark heavy oil piston aircraft engine has solved the current problems of domestic drones such as "low ceiling", "short battery life", "low load capacity", "limited application environment", and "blank heavy oil engines" and has reached the international advanced level in key indicators. The full series is independent and controllable, relatively power density, and can be used in 1.3-1.8 tons fixed-wing drones, 450-750kg unmanned helicopters, as well as unmanned vehicles, unmanned ships and other fields.
