The first phase of the project was 856 million yuan, which completed the construction of the company's R&D office building, training center, laboratories, and piston aero engine production workshop, introduced world's advanced production lines and experimental equipment to form a piston aero engine production capacity of 15,000 units per year; the second phase of the project construction investment was 1.501 billion yuan, which improved the construction of turbine experimental benches, and the construction of turbine aero engine production workshop was completed, forming a 1,000 units per year turbocharged engine production capacity; the third phase of the project construction investment was 323 million yuan, which had the positive design and development capabilities of all independent turbocharged aircraft engines.
