The test center meets the testing and development capabilities of 3kW~330kW piston internal combustion engines, and can have the ability to verify engine thermodynamic development, combustion analysis, electronic control calibration, conventional performance tests (external characteristics/universal characteristics/friction work, etc. tests), mechanical development tests (cooling system/lubricating system/quick system/timing system/attachment wheels/temperature field, etc. tests) until reliability tests (full-speed full load/alternating load/hot and cold shock/overspeed/resonance, etc. tests). The test center has 8 complete machine performance development and trustworthy benches, including 5 AVL power dynamometer bench systems and 3 domestic power dynamometer bench systems, with power coverage range of 3Kw to 330Kw.Torque coverage35Nm~1400Nm, speed coverage range 2500r/min12000r/min. Each complete machine test room mainly includes a power dynamometer, HVAC, air intake air conditioner, fuel consumption meter and quick loading trolley, etc., which are used to control the engine to simulate, measure and collect engine performance data for different working conditions, and undertake engine performance development, trustworthiness and other tests.

In addition to the performance test bench of the whole machine, the test center also has three comprehensive vibration test benches, fuel system test benches, gas distribution mechanism test benches, inclined test benches, two pump test benches and other related system-level and component-level test benches. Among them, the inclined test benches, gas distribution mechanism durability and performance test benches, fuel system test benches, etc. are all independently developed by the test center, which effectively improves the equipment self-made capability of the test center and completes the test development node in advance.

The three comprehensive vibration test benches can be used for component-level and system-level verification benches. They are test equipment that integrates the three environmental stresses of temperature, humidity and vibration. They mainly assess the reliability and durability of engine components or systems in temperature, humidity and vibration environments. They can simulate the failure of engine components in extreme temperature, humidity and vibration environments, expose product defects as soon as possible, thereby shortening the R&D cycle and guiding the design and development of new products. The temperature range of the three integrated environmental boxes can be reached-70℃~+150℃, the humidity range reaches 10%R.H.~98%R.H. The vibration frequency range of the vibration table can reach 2Hz~2500Hz, the vibration displacement is more than 51mm, and the vibration acceleration is more than 980m/s2, sufficient to simulate the three comprehensive test environment in which the engine is located in actual operation.

The fuel system test bench mainly simulates the engine's relatively pressurized fuel injection system and is used for the engine control and management systemECU and fuel injector development verification can also be used for the reliability, durability test of fuel injectors, consistency inspection of fuel injectors, and adaptability development of different oil products. The fuel systems used in Haery engine products (including fuel injectors, ECUs, pressure-reducing oil pumps, etc.) are all independently designed and developed by Haery.

The durability test bench of the gas distribution mechanism is mainly composed of a variable frequency motor, a lubrication control system, a data acquisition and analysis system, which is used to simulate the reliability and durability test of the engine gas distribution mechanism under certain rotation speed and lubrication conditions; the performance test bench of the gas distribution mechanism is frequency conversion motor, a lubrication control system, a faster laser Doppler vibration measuring instrument,The BBM vibration testing equipment, data acquisition and analysis system are composed of the engine gas distribution mechanism to study the dynamic characteristics of the gas distribution mechanism, and then develop and optimize the design of the gas distribution mechanism.

The incline test bench is mainly used to simulate the working conditions of various inclined states such as aero engine climbing and diving, and verify whether the engine's lubrication system, fuel supply system, and cooling system can meet functional needs at specific or extreme inclination angles. The ultimate inclination angles in four directions of this test bench (front, rear, left, and right) can reach the limit inclination angles.45 degrees.

In order to conduct paddle-engine matching, vibration, and long-lasting test drive on aviation piston engines, the Haery Testing Center has independently designed and developed it3 small and medium-sized propeller test benches can measure the engine speed, torque, thrust during the propeller matching, engine combustion characteristics and temperature and pressure of each major component during the test. The propeller test bench can be moved to the outside field for relatively temperature, low temperature, and relatively raw environmental tests.
