DB663 heavy oil piston aircraft engine adopts opposite six-cylinder structure, fast and trustworthy heavy oil pressure ignition system, relatively pressure common rail technology, relatively pressure ratio boosting system, lightweight design, full authority digital control and other technologies. It has the following application characteristics:
1. Low cost (only 1/2 of the same power turboprop, suitable for high-load and low-cost transportation);
2. Heavy oil products (normalization of military oil products, good airport adaptability);
3. Reduced altitude attenuation (large continuous power without decay for 4,000 meters);
