"Mengdiao" DB442 heavy oil engine (300/320kW)
DB442 heavy oil piston aircraft engine adopts opposite structure, fast and trustworthy combustion system, pressure-reduced common rail technology, pressure-reduced boosting system, lightweight design, full permission digital control and other technologies. It has the following application characteristics:
1. Independent/domesticization: "Mengdiao" heavy oil AVIC is independently designed by Haery Power, with 100% independent property rights and 100% domestic production. It inherits the application characteristics of the 120kW "Skylark" heavy oil aircraft engine;
2. Low cost: Compared with imported heavy oil engines and domestic turbines of the same power level, they have the characteristics of low procurement costs, low maintenance costs and low operating costs after batch volume. They are currently in high-tonnage transport aircraft with significant competitiveness and are especially suitable for commercial applications of low-altitude economy in civilians;
3. Altitude performance: The single-stage supercharged version has no power attenuation of 5000m, and the second-stage supercharged version has no power attenuation of 6000m, which supports a higher altitude than the original take-off and drop, and the limit altitude reaches 12000m. It can cover all plains with more original application scenarios;
4. Power-to-weight ratio: Takeoff power is 300-320kW, which can support 1.5-3-ton helicopters and 3.0-5-ton fixed wing power demand;
5. Wide-area environmental application: -40°~+70° can achieve stable power output in various environments. It adopts a platform-based fully authorized electronic control system, which can sense changes in the external environment in real time and adaptively adjust and stabilize power output;
6. Heavy oil products: Use heavy oil products to meet the needs of civilian and military oil products. It has the characteristics of normalization of oil products, convenient guarantee, long-term storage and good use safety.
It can be applied in more prototype/ship-based fixed-wing drones, unmanned helicopters, large-load transport and investment, ground-effect wing ships and other fields.
