Product Introduction

"Skylark" DB416 heavy oil piston aircraft engine adopts technologies such as opposite structure, fast and trusted combustion system, pressure-reduced common rail technology, pressure-reduced boosting system, lightweight design, and full permission digital control. It has the following application characteristics:
1. Comparatively increased (6000m power does not decay, 14000m extreme altitude);
2. Relative battery life (heavy oil engine has relatively thermal efficiency, low fuel consumption, cruising fuel consumption point is 220g/kWh, which is 30% lower than the existing power fuel consumption, and the battery life can reach 40h.);
3. Wide-area application environment (full authority electronic control, full machine liquid cooling, no environmental restrictions);
4. Comparative power-to-weight ratio (up to 1.0kW/kg, compared with industry heavy oil engines 0.7-0.8kW/kg);
5. Heavy oil products (normalization of military oil products, breaking the ban on heavy oil sales, and achieving independent control);
6. Break the "bottleneck" 100% independent property rights, 100% independent control, and 100% domestic production;
It can effectively solve the problems faced by existing drones such as "ban on heavy oil sales", "car-based drones without power", and "insufficient power compared to original drones". It supports the functions of domestic drones with more power, higher altitude, larger payload, longer cruise time, and more intelligent full electronic control. At the same time, it supports the urgent need for domestic power to support ship-based and more prototype drones.
It can be applied in more prototype/ship-based fixed-wing drones, unmanned helicopters, ground-effect wing ships and other fields.
