"Barring" GB409 gasoline engine (46kW)

Product Introduction

"Bailing" GB409 is a horizontally opposed, four-cylinder, two-stroke air-cooled gasoline piston engine independently developed by Haery Power. It adopts a manifold electronically controlled injection oil supply method and has self-starting (optional distribution start-up, integrated start-up, and reducer version), with the following application characteristics:
1. High power, higher than two-stroke engines, the GB409 has a power of 46kW, which can help drones achieve faster flight speeds and greater load capacity;
2. Complete development process, fully autonomous and forward development, and have complete level 4 test verification capabilities (all parts-system-complete machine-paddle-hair is completed);
3. Low cost, key components are controlled through molding and self-made;
4. Consistency is relatively good, from production source, robot assembly consistency, and then to electronically controlled fuel injection control to achieve consistent performance and batch consistency;
5. Low fuel consumption, compared with two-stroke engines, the GB409 cruising fuel consumption is 0.38g/kWh, and the same fuel tank can increase the range;
6. A larger altitude of 5,000 meters;
7. More trustworthiness, TBO>200h.
It can be used in unmanned helicopters, swarm drones, vertical take-off and landing fixed wings, composite wing drones, light delta wing drones, etc.
