Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the organizational management, planning management, prototype management and other work of engine research and development tests;
2. Responsible for the coordination of experimental resources;
3. Responsible for organizing the preparation of R&D test outlines and test reports.
4. According to the test plan, track the test progress and organize the solution of test failures, data analysis, report preparation, and file entry, in order to plan completion rate.
5. Responsible for the proposal and implementation of engine after-sales fault solutions, and implement new test specifications to recur after-sales faults.
6. Responsible for the echelon training of internal personnel of the experimental development team and the daily work guidance of assistant engineers
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering majors such as internal combustion engine, automobile, and machinery (especially advanced ones can accept college degree);
2. 5 years or more experience in engine test planning, development, evaluation and management;
3. Persons with complete experience in experimental development of R&D projects are given priority;
4. Have strong systematic planning and technical manuscript output capabilities.
